Please follow these steps, in order, to ensure a smooth transition to beginning services:
1.) Complete Intake Form
For all counseling services, your intake form will be used to communicate necessary information pertinent to structuring your sessions. Click the icon to continue.
2.) "Consents" Session
During this session you will review and sign various consent forms related to your care. These forms include your rights as a client, limits to confidentiality, and release of information, if desired. Click the icon to continue.
3.) Schedule Session/Service
Here you can select the type of session/service you desire, the length of time, and the session appointment based on listed availability. Click the icon to continue.
4.) Send Payment
Payments can be sent via Zelle or PayPal to info@healingarrowsgroup.com. Please include the session/service date in the memo of your payment.
Upon receipt of payment, your session will be marked as confirmed. Click the icon for information regarding rates and payment.
